We at nass magnet strive to carry out quick, reliable and safe transportation.
The transportation charges are based on the total value and the total weight of the shipment, as well as the country of destination. Packaging and insurance are included. The transport will be carried out by a forwarding agent of our choice.
The detailed transportation charges are displayed in the webshop. These costs have to be paid together with the goods. On completion of the order you will receive an order confirmation from us specifying the products you have ordered, quantity, price, transportation charges as well as a confirmation of your invoice and delivery address.
Should there be any mistakes in the order confirmation, please contact us immediately so the necessary corrections can be made promptly. Whenever possible, we will send you the tracking ID number so you can follow and track the route of the goods.
